It might come as a surprise to learn that top quality dining experiences on the central square are very limited. If you are after something better the square-side Verres en Vers (found inside the building housing the Radisson Blu hotel) is for you. The menu has influences from France and Poland but many of the dishes are really international. Everything about the restaurant oozes professionalism and we enjoy visiting in warmer months when we can sit out on the terrace and watch the crowds go by.
