From the people that brought you the food truck favourite (the truck has been running since 2014!), followed by their iconic first stationary venture, Gastromachina Stacja they've only gone and opened a 2nd stationary venue! Centralna Gastromachina is just two blocks up from the 1st. We've been impressed by the burgers on offer in Stacja (the names are as great as the taste), so what's new here?
Salads, their own sauces, and fish feature on the menu, but the draw of Centralna Gastromachina is that meat rules the roost, and it's in the spacious interior that the giant grill, which is also a smokehouse, allows for some quality food to be made, from steaks to BBQ meats (ribs! wings!).
The meat comes from local suppliers and is minced and formed daily at the spot. For herbivores - almost all burgers are available in vegan and beyondmeat options. And they deliver in Śródmieście, Widzew, Chojny, Dąbrowa and the surrounding area. That just leaves us to say: Dang! Try the pork ribs!
