Squarely in the centre of Śródka, this high profile restaurant bucks expectations by offering a colourful and mouthwatering variety of authentic Asian dishes, including ramen, poke bowls, bao, chow mein, pad Thai, sushi dogs and more. Although you probably didn't come to Poznań for its Asian eats, this is truly one of the best restaurants around, and a great value as well. Despite the restaurant's name - which cleverly nods to the neighbourhood while also loosely translating to 'go inside' - Do Środka actually boasts one of the most enviable outdoor seating areas in town: directly under the mural on Rynek Śródecki.
Outdoor dining doesn't get much better than Do Środka's exclusive access to Rynek Śródecki.
Conscious of the district's tourist traffic, but sticking closely to their culinary concept, Do Śródka offers a full page of 'breakfast/brunch' options (really just brunch when you take their opening hours into consideration), with some familiar morning meals (pancakes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs) alongside bibimbap, okonomiyaki and other asian-inspired dishes. For locals there's a daily lunch deal, and what's more - there's even a page of fresh food you can order for your dog (kids, if you insist on having them, get a few options somewhere on the menu as well). Honestly, this is one of Poznań's more exciting restaurants, and the location is simply fantastic. If you can slow down and spend some time here, you'll be glad you did.
