If anything goes wrong, the staff get 15 minutes to fix it - otherwise you stay for free. With recent renovations to the lobby, restaurant and conference facilities, that's unlikely, however, so you may have to resort to sabotage. Kidding aside, this place obviously goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, and offers a great value on your money as well.
