It's right there in the name - this refined restaurant is all about that artisanal goodness, using high-quality seasonal ingredients from local suppliers to craft contemporary fusion dishes that showcase the region's culinary heritage while creating exquisite new tastes. The minimal decor is dominated by natural oak, black steel and leather, and includes an open industrial kitchen where diners can see the attention and effort put into each meal; the effect is an ambiance both upscale and relaxed, like a favourite pair of high leather boots. Craft beer is a no-brainer, and they come courtesy of local brewery Stu Mostów; alternatively, enjoy a coffee from a local roastery, or go for a signature cocktail. It's clearly a labour of love from start to finish, and a great place to rest after a stroll around Ostrów Tumski.
