We travelled with this company to Auschwitz and can highly recommend them. The service they provide is excellent. Prices are great and the personal attention along with the knowledge they impart is well worthe checking out :)

Wrocław Sightseeing Tours does offer tours of Auschwitz-Birkenau, contact them directly for more details. However, it takes at least 2.5 hours to get to the camp from Wrocław and the tour itself takes several hours. Kraków is another 1.5-2 hours east of Auschwitz so trying to fit them both into a 'day trip' from Wrocław is impossible. Touring the camp would be a full 10-hour daytrip by itself.
