Not surprisingly, this stylish city centre half basement specialises in that most Vietnamese of dishes – pho. Order the classic with rice noodles and beef or go fusion and try some egg noodles, chicken, tofu or prawns in your soup, but don’t forget to add a little sriracha for an extra kick. Steamed and fried rice dishes can also be had as well as spring rolls, authentic Vietnamese coffee and a weekday lunch special for roughly €5. We ordered the pho for two and were pleasantly overwhelmed by the enormous bowl of broth that was placed on our table. Now we know why the chef in the mural seems so satisfied with his creation.
