Gabriel Jurkić (1886-1974) was one of the leading symbolist and secession painters in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, and he left a part of his life’s work to the Franciscan monastery near his home town of Livno, Bosnia and Herzegovina. His works are on display in Šibenik.
