This place's large outdoor seating area seems quite popular with chain-smoking university students, but isn't so much a destination in itself as an excuse to wander around some of the less-travelled residential streets separating it from the old town. Once you get past the stadium there are some great old villas in varying states of decay and renovation, sporting all manner of towers, friezes, murals, exposed brick and walls blanketed in ivy.
