Top Ten Sofia Restaurants according to SRW
Which restaurants performed best during Sofia Restaurant Week 2016? 510 people gave their views on their experience in Sofia's restaurants and chose the 'top ten' restaurants in Sofia. What's more - unlike some of the famous 'review sites' out there - these are genuine verified reviews! Restaurant reviews could only be left by those who had made the booking and visited the restaurant.
So what did the results show?
Sofia's restaurants get an overall high rating (not that it surprises us!) with 20 restaurants rated 4 start or above out of 5 stars. What our customers were most concerned with was service, portion size and whether the food lived up to high expectations. Customers want to be made to feel special, no matter how large or small their bill, they want to receive attention without feeling crowded and they showed this in the reviews. That's why our top ten performing restaurants from SRW 2016 excelled not just with their menu offering but also with service and ambience.
