Off the main road, through a small residential courtyard, there you will find an intimate restaurant, offering delicious food and warm atmosphere. Inspired by traditional French cuisine the menu is a delightful mixture of colours and tastes and offers exciting new variations such as avocado ice cream! The main courses are prepared using “sous vide” (in vacuum) the latest culinary technology which has become the 'buzz' for restaurants around the world and of course also in Sofia. A balanced wine selection includes some of the finest local and classic international wines.
