Sopot is known for its Italian restaurants, but none of them have entered the scene with such momentum as Al Dente. It's been the lifelong dream of the owner to open such a place and, now that the right team has been assembled, they've successfully hit all the key points that place this restaurant several notches above the rest. The interior is beautifully-furnished with earthly Tuscan colours and motifs, Venetian shutters in Umbrian marble green and classic Roma red-and-white tablecloths - a way of showing how every corner of Italy has inspired the vision of this place. The menu, however, focuses on the traditional cuisine of Piedmont (north-eastern Italy) is no different, covering it's own unique range of pizza, pasta, seafood and meat dishes!
