The collection of Grażyna and Jacek Łozowski is one of the major private art collections of Polish art. The passion of collecting art was passed on to Jacek by his father, a connoisseur and himself a collector of Polish paintings. Over time, Jacek Łozowski became an independent collector himself supported by his wife Grażyna, who is the co-author of the collection. The entire set consists of hundreds of paintings by Polish artists, spanning the period from the second half of the 19th century through today. The State Gallery of Art in Sopot will exhibit a selection of works made at the turn of the 20th century and the periods during both World Wars.
