In the next edition of the highly-successful MADE FOR Restaurant conference series, the over-arching theme of "FAST GROWING" draws upon the idea of "INTERNAL POWER" for the Sopot edition in 2025. This is a reflection on the opportunities Poland offers as a rapidly developing, modern country that surprises visitors with its excellent gastronomy and business opportunities. Additionally, we take a look at the mental strength that Polish entrepreneurs must possess – where, how, and when to seek it? MADE FOR will explore generational changes, new political conditions, and barriers that are or are not overcome, among other things. Polish culinary tradition, a love of local culture versus foreign cuisines that, despite culinary patriotism, are part of the menus of Polish restaurants, culinary programs, and gastronomic offerings for tourists – these are some of the topics we will explore.
The next MADE FOR Restaurant conference will be in Sopot on November 18.
Held at the Radisson Blu in lovely seaside Sopot, the colour of choice is turquoise, symbolising knowledge, creativity, integrity with the environment, business healing and the freshness of the program and the competence of the experts. In this edition, MADE FOR Restaurant will be premiering their first research report on the state of Polish gastronomy, as well a lecture by world-renowned Oxford gastro academic Professor Charles Spence, . as Keynote speakers will be translated in both Polish and English.
