In case you don’t know, the monumental stone buildings around you are the palace built by the Roman Emperor named Diocletian. Nowadays, we pay tribute to him with this manifestation which includes lots of concerts, shows, feasts and exhibits in and around the palace. Also, each day at midday, the Emperor will present himself to the public under the strict guard of his armed soldiers, so arm yourselves with a camera to get a photo taken!
