Like having all the control in your hands? In Edim Rukami, this control is literal when it comes to your food! You won’t find any cutlery, strict etiquette rules or time for your gadgets here. The main focus is the process and the restaurant’s owners want guests to interact directly with their food, armed only with gloves and a bib. But don’t worry, the menu consists of food that is, essentially, finger food: street food, seafood, thick-cut salads, soups in bowls, etc. The desserts may be a bit trickier but that’s the fun part about it all!
