Cocktails, cocktails and more cocktails. Over the last couple of years cocktail bars have sprouted up all over the city and we're not talking about bars with standard cocktail lists, but rather creative 'mixologists' using kitchen herbs and the like to make their drinks. Brick is one of the latest of this genre on Langstrasse and the drinks in this industrial-style venue are daring and often come with a show. Watch some rosemary get roasted in front of your eyes before it's added to your drink or simply admire the absinthe cocktail which is served in an antique distilling apparatus spewing smoke like some alchemist's experiment. The young crowd seems to love this place, and so do we.
