The interior design here mixes extravagant lamps and glittery wallpaper with simple wooden chairs and tables. The menu mixes things up too. There is no distinction between starters and main courses. You simply order dishes – three (51Sfr) are quite sufficient for an average appetite. The cuisine is probably best described as international with Swiss and Mediterranean twists. You can also head for Josef for a drink at the long wooden bar. A wide variety of vodkas, single malts, grappas and Swiss fruit brandies awaits you. Reservation is recommended (Fri & Sat two seatings, one starts 18:30/19:00, second one at 21:15).
