A joint reception will take place December 31st in honour of the 100th anniversary of Estonia at Freedom Square. The programme includes a concert, a speech by the president and fireworks. The event is free and will be broadcast by the national tv channel ETV, so you can watch the festivities from the warmth of your own home.
