Located inside and upstairs of the Beer House is where you'll find Rae Meierei. (In fact, we got a little lost looking for it). But, once you've found it, you'll be glad you did. The restaurant specialises in fresh cow's milk cheeses like mozzarella, ricotta, stracciatella, and burrata, which are all produced on-site in their own dairy. The main dining hall is stunning, with multi-levels and a large open kitchen stretching one side of the room and bar that looks a bit like a experimental laboratory on the other. Other than their lovely cheese, we quite liked the spring chicken.
