Enjoy this international and cross-disciplinary festival of light art and lighting art, which will last for 30 days. The programme includes international workshops, outdoor installations and a conference, among other things. In addition, smaller-scale satellite programs will be organized in collaboration with culture organizations and companies of Tartu.
