World-known dancers Flying Steps will present a unique project Flying Bach to the Midsummer Vilnius festival attendees. The show will charm viewers with modern movement interpretations while dancing to classical music by Johann Sebastian Bach.
Four-times world champions in breakdance, Flying Steps and the famous opera director Christoph Hagel from Germany created an impressive project and did what seemed impossible before - united classic music and urban breakdance.
The unique and innovative adaptation of Bach's "Well-tuned piano" set in the urban dance genre breaks all the barriers between two different worlds and times. In a gripping musical performance that, the rhythms of Baroque melodies and electronic music blend in harmoniously together with the masterful technique of motion.
