This regional brewery and waterfront bar continues Bydgoszcz's 600-year tradition of beer brewing with four mainstay beers (pilsner, wheat beer, honey beer, and a fairly artificial walnut concoction) and you can grab a sample of all four for 24zł. A selection of seasonal offerings is also available. The Brda River views are a major plus, and the simple brick-and-wood decor is nothing to scoff at, either. The problem is the menu, an odd mix of mostly Indian and Thai dishes, with some American, Polish, and Italian bits thrown in for good measure; if you want to avoid disappointment, stick to the beer.
