[closed] BI BA BO Restaurant & Cafe

  ul. Nowy Świat 66 ,   City Centre          (+48) 513 51 97 77     27 Jan 2023
Located right on Nowy Świat, this oddly-named restaurant refers back to Warsaw's interwar aura of glamour, grace, wealth, fame and hedonism, when this street was the epicentre of entertainment in the capital - home to dozens of cabarets, theatres and cinemas. One of the most famous cabarets was 'Bi Ba Bo' - a place where you might hear Szpilman play piano or see Pola Negri dance with snakes. Looking to embody the 'Roaring 20s' of a new century, this incarnation of Bi Ba Bo pays homage to the past while meeting the modern demands of an eclectic and cultured clientele. Indulge in coffee or spirits in a nostalgic interior decorated with Polish sheet music and period theatre posters, or try delicious Polish cuisine that actually skews modern by reaching back to the roots of the Polish kitchen, when it was enriched with international flavours. Bi Ba Bo creates a winning dining experience by not just creating an environment of good taste, but encapsulating an entire era. Watch their FB page for live music events. Closed until further notice.
