Recent trends in Europe have a seen nationalistic and far-right shift in the West all the way to the war-torn Donbas region in the East of Ukraine. Two immigrants, one from Ukraine living in Poland, and one Pole living in Wales have documented their experiences of this trend in their home countries when faced with similar experiences in their adopted ones. Two photographic projects: Daring & Youth by Yulia Krivich and Go home, Polish by Michał Iwanowski (premiere). These two artists in various ways touch on the subject of “Europe turning right” – the aggravation of nationalist, xenophobic and racist movements.
