A special treat for lovers of vodka, this weekend a series of talks will take place at the Polish Vodka Museum. On Friday a world ambassador of Polish vodka, Maciej Starosolski , a great enthusiast with extensive knowledge of the national drink, will educate about the secrets of a great vodka and the factors that affect its final quality. Saturday will see Janusz Owsiany, an undisputed authority in the field of knowledge about Praga and Warszawska Wytwórnia Wódek "Koneser", Ryszard Kazanecki, former head of the spirit magazine and has worked almost 30 years at Warszawska Wytwórnia Wódek, and chef Aleksander Baron, author of the book "Between vodka and appetizer" all share their knowledge of different aspects of the vodka business. Sunday will conclude with Top Chef Polska participant Adriana Marczewska will talk about how to combine Polish cuisine with the best Polish vodkas.
