Empathic design is the ability to observe consumers and create designs based on the user's feelings of a product. This, in theory, will result in a product that will have market success. This method has even moved on from consumer goods to products such as financial services. At the exhibition “Empathy, now” ideas will be showcased that can help create better solutions for more than 65 million migrants and refugees, forced to leave their homes, which are now more numerous than after the Second World War.
