Compromise and cooperation are preached to us as the means to prosper as a species. Each day we have to accept norms, laws, and customs in order to maintain this peace. It has even been said that this is the reason for our species taking control of the planet we live in. Why, then, do we refuse to cooperate? What are we losing on it and what do we gain by going our way? Is disagreement always undesirable? Will those who have cut themselves off forever in the margins or will they cooperate by building an alternative community? You can be denied in many ways. We rarely choose the "all or nothing" option. This discussion will continue at the "How you don't" exhibition as part of the TIFF Festival in Wrocław.
