The 9th Croatian Prints Triennial and solo exhibition of Ines Krasić: “Nevermore”,  is opening its doors to the public eye at the Klovićevi Dvori Gallery, Zagreb, from May 7 – June 16. This incredible display will be showcasing Croatian contemporary graphic art production created by a wide range of young artists and authors.

Edit Glavurtić, a universally recognized Croatian academic artist, will introduce herself to audiences through a selection of oil paintings inspired by peonies and irises. This exhibition, under the name of „The Blooming-Sketches from Eden“, will take place at the Museum of Đakovo, from May 10 – June 17.

The works of Oton Iveković, the all-time legendary Croatian painter, will be revealed at the Međimurje Regional Museum in Čakovec from May 10 – June 30. This exhibition, called „Oton Iveković-Painter of the Zrinski Family“, will commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Museum's founding.

Elementally AI is an interactive exhibition by an American author, Jonathan Roberts. He has created 118 collages generated with the help of artificial intelligence, to further explore the close connections between art, technology and science. Each of his art pieces represents an individual chemical element from the periodic table with an emphasis on its features and properties. The second oldest film festival in the world dedicated solely to animation, Animafest Zagreb, invites fans from all over the globe to pay tribute to the beauty, elegance and aesthetics of animation art in all its forms. For all the anime lovers out there, come to one of the many theatres, cultural centers and cinemas in Zagreb, where the festival will be held this year from June 3 – 8.

Park Food Fest, a two-day culinary extravaganza, combines only the best of street food and show cooking, thereby providing an exquisite and delicious experience for all the foodies and gourmands. Enjoy great food with a sea view in Novigrad-Cittanova on June 8 and 9.

The Croatian Radio-television Jazz Orchestra ranks as one of the longest-lasting big bands in the world, having been in existence for over 70 years. They will be performing in the Gorgona Hall, located within the Museum of Contemporary Art, Zagreb on June 12.

An award-winning musician from Yorkshire, Yungblud, is for the first time ever bringing his energetic 21st century pop-punk attitude to the stage of Hala Zagreb on June 12.

A third edition of the Galoop festival is making a comeback to Đakovo. This year's lineup includes some of the most prominent names from the Croatian music scene, including M.O.R.T, Bare i Majke, Brkovi, Debeli precjednik and more! Performances are scheduled for June 14 and 15 in Strossmayer Park.

In honor of Japanese culture and technology, Rijeka is hosting a six-week event called Japan in Rijeka. The program offers various activities such as lectures, game tournaments, workshops, concerts, cosplay shows, gastronomic experience and more. The 17th Mediterranean Film Festival Split will bring masses of movie buffs  together again this year. Visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of quality cinema from the Mediterranean while at the same time breathing in the scent of pines and sea salt and soaking up the early summer warmth. This experience you can only have in Split from June 13 – 22.

The Smile are an English rock group consisting of the lead singer, Thom Yorke, and lead guitarist and keyboardist, Johnny Greenwood, of Radiohead, along with drummer Tom Skinner. The band experiments with a loose experimental, progressive-rock sound that is sure to please all recognized Radiohead fans. They will play at the Pula Arena on June 15.  

Body Count is one of the greatest American bands that fuses crossover thrash metal with hip-hop and rap metal. The group, founded by rapper, Ice-T, and lead guitarist, Ernie C, over 3 decades ago, is a true testament for standing its ground. They will perform at Šalata, Zagreb on June 16.

Zagreb Food Truck Festival has once again gone above and beyond expectations, with this year's rich program taking place at Krešimir Ćosić Square, outside Dom Sportova, Zagreb, from June 20 – 30. Yummy food on wheels will be accompanied by drinks, concerts, DJ performances, various shows and workshops and many more fun activities for all ages.

The Sudar Percussion Ensemble has gained high recognition for interpreting the works of electronic music pioneer, Jean Michel Jarre, through its members’ unique and innovative performances. They will light up the stage of Concert Hall Hrvatski Dom Split – Ivo Tijardović Concert Hall on June 21.

Summer is a time for children to have fun, and there's no better place for that than the 64th International Children's Festival in Šibenik. Here you will find live theatre, workshops, book fairs, sports events, films and new friendships. For this event, Šibenik will turn into one big recreation area from June 22 – July 6.

Verknipt, a Dutch organizer of the world's biggest hard techno events, has decided that it is about time to bring hard techno to the Croatian coast. The first Verknipt Croatia Holiday Festival will bring some of the most famous names from the hard techno DJ scene, along with incredible light shows and night long parties, to Zrće beach, on the island of Pag, from June 30 – July 4.
