Liepāja has a proper Italian restaurant serving delicious appetisers, homemade pastas, salads and a small selection of main courses. Naturally a number of delicious pizzas are also on the menu, but what impressed us most was the professional staff and the serene atmosphere – two things that can be hard to find in this seaside city. In short, this is one of the best places to eat in this part of Latvia.
