The Smalle Haven might be difficult to find, but well worth the extra effort to discover this hidden gem that boasts the widest range of organic treats in the entire Eindhoven region. If you're after a loaf of bread, a quick coffee and a roll or crave a proper lunch that's both healthy and tasty, this old-fashioned oasis has it all. The cosy surroundings and the smell of freshly baked bread from the open-plan kitchen adds the finishing touch to this wonderful bakery. Expats from Germany, France and Scandinavia will like the un-Dutch baked bread, with the firm texture, sourdough ones being our most beloved one. Also the croissants are a real delicacy.
