This is probably one of the most emblematic (and honestly the best) rooftop bars & terraces in Madrid. It's situated on top of a cultural center with numerous art exhibitions and events, and the entrance to the building costs 4Euro.
By going to the last floor, you can grab a cocktail and enjoy a marvelous view of the city by sunset - definitely a view to remember.
