Although the name (They Drank, They Smoked) sounds a bit crass, this is one of Tarnów's classier bars, serving fancy drinks, craft beers and wine out of their coveted market-square cellar space. In keeping with their moniker, they also offer modern hookahs (water pipes) and a range of flavoured tobaccos. More than anything, however, Pilipalil puts a lot of creative energy into their changing menu of signature cocktails, which revolve around a theme, and are served in special glassware. With seating on the market square, and a great secret garden in summer, this is a great spot for a sundowner or after-dinner drink.
