Feel the adrenaline rush as you power through the open seas in a high speed tour aboard the specially designed RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats). Weather gear keeps you (quite) dry as the wind whips your hair and you bounce through the waves. Tours operate from Poolbeg Marina (3kms from the city centre) and take in stunning sea scenes such as Lambay Island, Ireland’s Eye Sea Cave, Howth Head, the Bailey Lighthouse, Dun Laoghaire, Dalkey Island and Killiney Bay. Keep an eye out for seals, dolphins, porpoises and birdlife on these unique tours. Brilliant fun and a tour like no other. Children must be 8+ (one minder free with 11 students).
A Dublin Port Tour taking in the River Liffey and Dublin Port area has also been launched. Departing from the Convention Centre on the North Quay, the tour gives the history of the port area from the 17th Century to present day.
