A Kaunas institution, find a spare stool at the counter and ask the friendly woman standing behind it for freshly made doughnuts and coffee. Getting its name from spurga, the Lithuanian word for doughnut, this place is unique. Visit it if you can.

Delicious! This is a great place to sample traditional Lithuanian "spurgos" (doughnuts.) They are very tasty with tea and make a fabulous dessert!
