Located right on the shore of beautiful Lake Sloterplas in Nieuw-West, this café and bar is a work in progress, but in 2014 this community project hopes to offer unique accommodation as well in the form of peculiar eco-friendly lodgings such as self-contained tree houses made from recycled waste materials. For now this fun café/bar will have to suffice, but you won’t have any trouble finding a good time here as it frequently hosts parties, events and festivals and you have a great option for swimming right in front of you. Take a dip in the lake and then enjoy a cold drink and a tasty meal. That's something you definitely can't do in the city centre!
