Dionysos

This small restaurant on Overtoom has been serving tasty souvlaki, kalamari, moussaka and spanakopita, not to mention a huge mixed grill for two, since 1992. Take a sip of Greek wine while you dine at tables painted with anthropomorphic suns and listen to live music played on a traditional bouzouki. The walls are covered in blue and white depictions of mythical beasts and ancient gods, but in the summer you can take advantage of its small terrace outside.
