This grand café places an emphasis on the word grand. Doria is housed in a large building on a corner of the Grote Markt and its huge terrace is simply impossible to miss. Unfortunately, the Italian food served here isn't the best we've had and it's also overpriced. Grand Café Doria is, however, an excellent place for a cup of coffee or a drink at night. Its terrace is the best in Haarlem as you can see the whole square from here and the staff are friendly and attentive.
