If you can't pronounce the name correctly, don't worry. Tanah-Lot actually refers to a Buddhist temple on the lovely island of Bali in Indonesia and although the owners of this intimate pension are of Dutch and German origin, 99% of the interior is tastefully decorated with beautiful Asian artefacts. Finding the right house is actually quiet easy too, as the front porch also boasts a typical Indonesian becak (bicycle). Inside seven rooms at your disposal, varying greatly in size and price. The beach and centre of town are just a short stroll away.
