Just as Amsterdam is a melting pot of different cultures, so is Syriana. Thousands of Arabs live in this city and its near surroundings, so it's a no-brainer that it should have a proper restaurant serving Syrian, Lebanese, Egyptian and Iraqi cuisine,  but you'll have to travel a ways to find it. We'll give you a hint. Just look  for a cheese factory and a windmill. An eastern atmosphere prevails here and you can enjoy an Arab-style high tea, water pipes and even belly dancers at the weekend.
