Located in a renovated pumping station on the water near the entrance to the Flevopark, this traditional distillery also has a charming tasting room that not only stocks roughly 100 of its own spirits from Dutch jenevers and eau de vie to bitters and liqueurs, but it also serves a small selection of unique imported beers from Germany and the Czech Republic. In the winter its opening times are limited as it’s only allowed to serve drinks until sunset, but in the summer you can take advantage of its fabulous outdoor terrace with views of the water. Snacks like liverwurst, smoked sausage and matured cheese are also available and a tour of the distillery is given every Friday at 16:00.
