More of a triangle than a square, the vast Freedom Square marks the epicentre of life in Brno. Its shape was decided by the path of the old sewer, but such dirty thoughts are nowhere to be found in the modern age. Many of Brno’s most majestic buildings are found on the square, a collection of Renaissance marvels that demand attention.
