Brno might be the Czech Republic’s second city, but its major football club are certainly among the biggest underachievers in the domestic system. FC Zbrojovka Brno has just a single league title to its name (taking home the Czechoslovak championship in 1978) and currently finds itself in the second tier, but the fans are as rabid as ever.
