Half stylish social cafe and half splendid modern restaurant, Podnik is a delight either way. A lot of places run the risk of getting bogged down in a desire to be too many things at once, but there’s no such problem with this spot on Peroutkova, just off Zelenih trh. Be sure to reserve a table if you’re hoping to eat, as things get pretty hectic here around feeding time.
