Happy is a chain of Bulgarian eateries offering good food both local and international at reasonable prices with fast cheerful service and is therefore extremely popular. The menu is fully illustrated helping you to make your selection, the ambience reminds a little of UK pubs in the 1980s. We really cannot fault it on the value for money scale. This one is next to the Hotel Bulgaria in the centre of town, there is another in the Sea Gardens. Both have plenty of outdoor seating and children's play areas.
