Completed in 1911 by Austrian architect Weinstein, this beautifully restored administrative building has got to be one of the finest examples of the architecture of that era ( you will see plenty more as you wander around Burgas). This distinctly European style clearly reflects the direction not only the country, but in particular newly developing Burgas was facing.
