This is a new (2011) decorative plaque which was laid in the centre of Burgas on Aleksandrovska street marking point 0. The plaque itself is decorated with 4 emblems of the city; a ship, a laurel wreath, the trident of Neptune and fishes. It is the work of sculptor Radostin Damascus.
