One of the largest exhibition venues in Southeast Europe, Plovdiv Fair is best known for its biannual fairs in March and September, though it holds thematic fairs all through the year. Seventeen mulitfunctional pavilions cover an area of 325 000 m2. A separate congress centre boasts 8 halls in addition to the 12 that are situated inside the pavilions.
