I go to Hemingway for a number of years now and I've never been disappointed. They even do beef steak medium as it should be by international standards - which speaks a lot about the chefs, since many Bulgarian restaurants do beef/veal very dry. They have production of desserts of their own, even though most of all I like to finish my lunch with a scoop or two of the delightful Italian gelato from across the street at Dolce Felini (a sister property).
