On a small street in the city centre this lovely little restaurant is hidden from the crowds. It’s mostly known for its delicious and cheap lunch menu that changes daily from Monday to Saturday, but their raw deserts should not be missed! Most of the recipes come from the traditional vedic culture, but often what you eat there was created by the chefs in the restaurant. This is maybe the only place in Sofia that serves vegan “tarator” (originally made with yoghurt), “mish-mash” with tofu instead of white cheese “sirene” or moussaka with … zucchini.
